In the field of residential construction, a luxurious residential and commercial building located in the very centre of the town, at the corner of Železnička street and Laze Kostića street, has been completed. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful buildings, and its first tenants have already moved in.
Construction of a new residential and commercial building consisting of the three terraced houses located at the very attractive Bulevar Europe has been in preparation; its high quality and very attractive prices will prove that we take this very high position in the field of construction with a reason.
By the end of 2011 more than 2,600 residential units and 84 units of office space of the total floor area 106.000 m² of completely furnished space, and 10.500 m² of production and warehousing space have been built. About 110.000 m² of space intended for other purposes like health centres, schools, children day care facilities, state-owned buildings, restaurants and sports facilities have been reconstructed and adapted.
The company employs around 100 adequately qualified people today. The annual production capacity is building of about 15,000 m² of furnished residential and commercial space, and adaptation of about 10,000 m² of space for other purposes. During the building season, 500 workers of various qualifications are engaged for building residential and commercial facilities intended for the market as well as for investors in Novi Sad, Belgrade, and all over the Province of Vojvodina.
The company Dijagonala was founded in 1987 on the foundations of the former independent entrepreneur shop, and since 1998 it has been working as a share-holding company with limited liability. The headquarters of the Company were moved from Zrenjanin in 2004, and they have been situated in Novi Sad since then.
The company was founded by Mr Aleksandar Vojinov.
